Searchmaxima Consultants is based out of 203, Satyasai Apartments in Srinivas Nagar, which is right in the Ameerpet area of Hyderabad. Ameerpet is always buzzing with people and loud traffic, so it is a very lively spot for an office. We are a small consultancy, which means we spend a lot of our time talking to people and trying to help them figure out their next steps. It is mostly meetings and phone calls throughout the day. The apartment we work out of is comfortable enough, even if it feels a bit tight when we have more than two visitors at a time. We do not have any big mission statements or polished brochures to hand out. We just listen to what people are looking for and give them our best advice based on what we have seen before. Being in Hyderabad, we see a lot of different industries and people from all over the country. We try to keep our advice practical and easy to understand. We are not interested in using a lot of buzzwords or sounding more important than we actually are. It is just about being helpful and getting things sorted for the people who walk through our door. We have been at this for a while and have seen plenty of people come and go. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it is always interesting.
