Saucery Foods Private Limited

We are over at Plot No-924, in Flat No G2 of Joshva Residency. This is in the Defence Colony area of Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Hyderabad. We make different kinds of sauces here. The apartment is where we do the mixing and the bottling. It’s a small operation, so we don’t have massive machines. Everything is done in small batches. We use the kitchen and a back room for storage. Sometimes the smell of vinegar or chili gets quite strong. The labels are put on by hand. We started this because we liked making our own condiments. Now it’s a full-time job. It’s a bit of a squeeze having all the boxes in a residential building, but the neighbors are nice about it. We deliver mostly to local shops around Sainikpuri and some places in Secunderabad. It’s a lot of washing bottles and checking caps. We don’t have a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work and trying to grow a bit every month. Sainikpuri is a nice place to work because it’s calm. We don’t have any fancy office furniture. Just some sturdy tables and a lot of stainless steel pots. It’s a real, hands-on business. We just make sauces and hope people like them. Sometimes we get new ideas for flavors just by cooking at home. We try to keep the ingredient list simple and clear.
