You can find us at Satvika Projects, located at Dr.No. 5-74 in the Krishna Nagar Colony area of Meer Peth, Moula Ali. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. We’ve been operating from this house-turned-office for quite a while now. We mostly work on different projects related to construction or technical planning, depending on what our clients need at the time. Our workspace is pretty humble. We’ve got a couple of rooms with desks and stacks of drawings and files. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls, just a regular place where we can sit down and focus. Moula Ali is a nice part of the city, and Krishna Nagar Colony has a good community feel to it. We often have neighbors stopping by just to say hello or to ask about a small task. We don’t do any big advertising; word of mouth in the colony usually keeps us busy enough. Some weeks are really intense with deadlines, and we end up staying late with the lights on, while other weeks are more relaxed. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been part of this area for years, and we plan to stay right here, doing our work and helping out the people who know us. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s how we prefer to handle our business every day.
