If you are trying to find us, you actually have to go inside the Sai Ceramics area at Plot No 5-144/3. We are tucked away in there, right across from the IDPL Road in Balanagar. It can be a little confusing for people the first time they come by because we aren't right out on the main street. The yard is usually full of materials and there is a lot of dust because of all the heavy trucks moving in and out. We deal with steel, so things can get a bit loud and dirty. It’s honest work though. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The morning is usually the busiest time when everyone is trying to load up. We have a small cabin where we keep the books and take a break when the sun gets too hot. There isn't any air conditioning, just the breeze when it decides to blow. We don't spend much time on making the place look pretty. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We talk to the drivers, check the loads, and try to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, but we are used to it by now. That is just the way it is here in Balanagar, and we don't expect it to change anytime soon.
