You’ll find us at 1-10-125/33 on Mayurmarg in the Begumpet area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. We do a variety of things here, mostly general trading and supplies. The office is usually a bit of a jumble with samples and ledgers. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we’re doing to help you. It’s a bit cramped because we try to keep as much as we can on hand. The traffic on the way to Begumpet can be a nightmare sometimes, so we're used to people arriving a bit late or frustrated. We just offer them a chair and get down to business. We don't use any fancy software or big systems; a lot of our notes are still written down on pads of paper. It works for us. We know our regulars by name and they know we aren't going to give them a corporate runaround. We just tell it like it is. If we don’t have something, we say so. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy from Monday to Saturday. Hyderabad is a fast-growing city, but we like keeping our little corner of it simple and straightforward.
