Sankalp Designs & Interiors

Sankalp Designs & Interiors is based right here in the heart of Hyderabad, specifically in the 500001 zip code area. It’s an old part of the city and we’ve been working out of here for a good while. We don't have a massive billboard or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The work we do is basically just planning out how to make a space look decent. We deal with a lot of different drawings and floor plans every day. Sometimes the office is a total mess with blueprints and measuring tapes lying around everywhere. I think that is just how a design place should look when people are actually working. We spend a lot of time arguing about where a wall should be or what color of wood matches the floor. It’s not always easy and sometimes we have to redo things twice because the first time didn't feel right. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just like doing our work and finishing it so we can go home and have dinner. The city is noisy and fast, but inside our workspace, we just focus on the projects we have on our table. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us. It's been a long journey for us in this trade and we plan to stay.
