Sandeep Maliga

Sandeep Maliga is based out of Rainbow Towers in Nacharam. We’re in room 103. It’s a pretty easy building to find if you’re around Karthikeya Nagar. The area has grown a lot lately. We’ve seen more shops and apartments popping up every year. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We don't go for those modern glass walls or expensive furniture. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s enough for us. Working in Hyderabad 500076 has its perks, mostly because there are good food spots nearby for lunch. We keep things pretty informal here. You won't see us in suits unless there’s a really big reason for it. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts while we work through our lists. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just believe in showing up on time and doing what we said we’d do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, and other times we leave a bit early if the weather is nice. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the work seriously. If someone calls with a problem, we try to fix it without making a big deal out of it. We’ve been here at Rainbow Towers for a good while and plan on staying put. It’s a solid place to work from, and the commute isn't too bad for most of us.
