Emmennar Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is what we call our place at Plot No A 4 in the Industrial Estate. It is a fairly small plot but we have everything we need crammed into the space. Working in pharma means we have to be a bit more organized than some of the other shops around us, but it is still an industrial workplace at the end of the day. We have various labs and areas where we mix things. Some of the equipment we use is pretty old, but we know all the quirks and how to keep it running right. Our staff is mostly made up of people from the local area. We don't have any big corporate rules or fancy titles for everyone. We just show up and focus on getting the batches right. The office is usually cluttered with notebooks and old samples. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to stop everything until the generator starts, which can be a real pain. We don't do any advertising or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from long-time contacts who know we are at Plot A 4. It is not a very exciting job and there is a lot of boring paperwork involved, but we keep at it. We are just a small team trying to do our part in the chemical industry without any fuss.
