Our place is situated on the Shivaraj pally main road, right across from pillar number 306. If you are driving down towards Shivarampalli, you can’t really miss the hospital because of that big pillar landmark. It is a busy stretch of road in Hyderabad, so there is always noise from the vehicles passing by. We have both the medical shop and the hospital facilities here at Sai Raghava. It is not one of those giant glass buildings you see in the city center. It is more of a practical, local building where people from Shivarampalli come when they are feeling unwell. Inside, it is usually quite busy with people coming and going from the pharmacy counter. We have a lot of stuff to manage between the hospital beds and the medicine stock. The morning shift usually starts with checking the inventory and making sure everything is ready for the day. Since we are on the main road, we get a lot of walk-in people who just need something quick from the chemist. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know how to find things on the shelves pretty fast. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the patients have what they need. It is a straightforward operation, nothing fancy or overdone, just a local hospital on the main road.
