Our office is tucked away in Erramanzil Colony, specifically at Sri Sai Nilayam Womens Hostel in house B-49. It is right there in the Taj Krishna Lane, which can get pretty busy during the peak hours in Hyderabad. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. It is a bit of an unusual setup being near the hostel, but it works for us. Most of the staff comes in early to avoid the worst of the traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking through resumes for people who need work. It is mostly about connecting folks with whatever openings we hear about. The office itself is pretty plain, just some desks and chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. We do not spend money on fancy decorations because it does not really help get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with everything happening in the colony, but we have gotten used to it. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons when the files seem to never end. It is honest work and we try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone who walks through the door. There is not any secret to what we do, just putting in the hours and making sure we keep our records straight in the system. We are just a small team trying to make things work in a big city.
