S S S Hospital is located in Vimala Devi Colony, right near the Astabhuja Devi Temple in Malkajgiri. Being so close to the temple makes it pretty easy for people in the colony to find us. We aren't a massive multi-story building, but we provide the medical care this local area needs. People come here for all sorts of reasons, maybe a fever, a small accident, or just a general checkup because they live just down the street. It’s a busy place most mornings. The plot number is 24-2/9/1, in case you are looking at a map. We have a few beds and the basic departments to take care of the families living around Malkajgiri. The staff here are mostly local people too, so everyone kind of knows each other. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more of a neighborhood hospital where you can walk in and see a doctor without feeling like just another number. We’ve had to fix a few things in the building over the years, and it’s always a work in progress, but the medical side of things is what we focus on. Sometimes the waiting room gets a little cramped when a lot of people show up at once, but we manage. We just want to make sure folks have a place to go when they are feeling under the weather. It is a simple, functioning hospital for the community here in Vimala Devi Colony. We keep it running every day for the people around here.
