S S Jr College

S S Jr College is right on the Main Road in Malakpet, up on the fourth floor. It’s a big building, and we are situated above the Reliance Digital store. If you look across the street, you’ll see Yashodha Hospital and the TMC building. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of energy around. The climb to the fourth floor can be a bit much if the lift is busy, but you get used to it. Inside, the college is a series of classrooms and a small staff room where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. We have a lot of windows that look out over the Malakpet traffic. It can be a bit noisy when the ambulances go by, but the students don't seem to mind much. We’ve got rows of desks and whiteboards that get a lot of use every single day. I usually spend my time between the office and the hallways, making sure everything is running okay. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or high-end facilities. It’s just a place for learning, plain and simple. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the Reliance Digital downstairs is a handy landmark for everyone. The staff here are all local people who live nearby. We like being in Malakpet because it’s so well-connected. At the end of the day, we just lock up and head into the rush hour like everyone else.
