S R Micro Systems

Our place is Plot No.69 in the Defence Colony area of Sainikpuri. It is a pretty nice part of town, mostly quiet except for when the students from Bhawans Degree College are out and about. We are located right near the college, so we see a lot of younger people passing by every day. At S R Micro Systems, we mostly deal with computer parts and fixing up machines that have stopped working. The shop is filled with cables, old monitors, and boxes of spare parts that we have collected over time. It is not the most organized looking place, but we usually find what a customer needs after a bit of searching. The light in the morning hits the front window and makes it quite bright inside. We usually start our day by checking what came in for repair the day before. Some days are just spent soldering things or cleaning out fans that are full of dust. Sainikpuri is a good place to be because the air feels a bit cleaner than the main city. We have been in this spot for a few years now. Most of the people living in Defence Colony know us by now. It is just a small operation, usually just one or two of us here. We grab lunch from the local mess and come back to finish whatever is on the workbench. It is honest work and keeps the lights on.
