R.Sarala

R.Sarala is the name we use for our operations here at A-908 in the HAL Colony of Balanagar, Hyderabad. This is a residential area that was originally built for the people working at the HAL factory, so it has a very specific, old-school feel to it. Our office is actually inside the colony, which makes it a very safe and quiet place to work. Sarala is the one who started all of this, and she runs things in a very personal way. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Most of the work happens right here in the apartment at flat 908. It’s the kind of business where you sit in a chair that might not match the desk, and you drink tea out of regular kitchen mugs. We handle various tasks that come our way, focusing on whatever needs to be sorted for our clients. Being in Balanagar means we are surrounded by industrial history, but our little corner in the HAL Colony is much more peaceful. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just know Sarala or they've been told about her work by a neighbor. It’s a very small, honest setup that doesn't try to look bigger than it is. We just appreciate having a steady place to work and the chance to help people from our own neighborhood.
