You’ll find our office at 1-2-234/13/47 in the Domalaguda area. It’s a lively part of the city, and we’ve been here at Rs Foundation For Women And Child Welfare for several years now. The space we have is quite small, so we’ve had to fit a lot into just a few rooms. There are stacks of files everywhere and a lot of different projects going on at once. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is when we need it. We don't have a big staff with fancy titles. It’s just a handful of us who show up every day and get to work. Most of our time is spent talking to people on the phone or sitting across from them at our scratched-up wooden desks. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. That’s just not who we are. We’re just people who live in the neighborhood and want to do something decent with our time. The building is a bit old, and sometimes the lights flicker, but it doesn’t stop us from getting things done. We like the fact that we’re right in the middle of a busy residential area. It makes us feel more connected to the people around us. It’s a simple, practical way to run a foundation without any unnecessary fluff or high-end office decor.
