Our office is located on the 4th floor of the Spaces & More Business Center. We are in Kavuri Hills, Phase-1. Madhapur is always a busy place because of all the IT companies and offices nearby. Datar Engineering And Consultancy Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Plot 122. We have been operating from here for a good bit now. It is a shared business center, so we see all kinds of people in the hallways. We focus mostly on engineering work and consultancy tasks. It might sound a bit fancy to some, but it is really just us sitting at our desks and looking at technical drawings or computer screens. We have our computers and a lot of notebooks. Kavuri Hills is a nice part of town, even if finding a parking spot is a headache most mornings. We don't have a massive corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just find our door on the fourth floor. We spend many hours on the phone talking to people about projects. It is not always high-energy work. There is a lot of checking figures and making sure the math is right. We try to be very careful with the details. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish things. The coffee in the building is decent and it keeps us awake during those long afternoons. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just do our engineering jobs. It is a solid team.
