If you are driving through Attapur, you might see us near the petrol bunk. Road Equipment Machinery is at Dr.No.20-4-215/18, right opposite Mohammed Khwaja Kirana Shop. It’s a very local spot. Having a kirana shop right across is handy for getting snacks and cold drinks when the weather gets hot. Our place is full of heavy parts and metal components for all kinds of machinery. It’s definitely not a place for someone wearing nice clothes, as there is grease and iron dust everywhere. We spend our time taking things apart or putting them back together. It’s heavy work, and our hands are rarely clean. The noise from the traffic on the main road blends in with the sounds of our own tools. We don’t have a fancy waiting area; usually, if someone is waiting, they just grab a stool or stand by the entrance. We talk to a lot of truck drivers and operators who are in a hurry to get back on the road. The location near the petrol bunk means there’s a constant flow of vehicles, which keeps the energy up. We don't bother with complicated marketing. People who need their equipment fixed or need a specific part just know where we are. It’s a gritty, honest job, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. We just open the shutters, get to work, and close up when the light fades.
