Rishi Poly Packs

Our place, Rishi Poly Packs, is located over at 107/108 in the Seie area of Kattedaan. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always noise from machines and trucks going by. We have two units here, 107 and 108, which gives us some room to work, but it still feels small when we have a lot of stock. The walls could use some fresh paint, but we're usually too busy to worry about that. We mostly just focus on getting the packaging ready. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over. Kattedaan is a busy place to be. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, but we try to keep the working areas clean enough. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for quite a while. We drink tea in the morning before the machines start up. It’s not a glamorous job, just steady. We deal with poly packs all day long. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. But usually, it's just the sound of the equipment and people shouting to be heard over the noise. We stay until the work is done. It’s just how we run things at Rishi Poly Packs. If you come by, you’ll see us right there in the middle of the industrial estate. We often eat our lunch sitting on crates because there aren't enough chairs for everyone. It works for us. Most days are long, but that is how it goes here.
