Leadbeter Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Himayatnagar, specifically at 3-6-666, Barwale Chambers. We are on the 2nd Floor in the Right Wing. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Street No. 10 is usually packed with cars and people, so getting here can be a bit of a chore. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, sample bags, and people on the phone. We work with seeds, so there is always a bit of dust and a lot of talk about weather and crops. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a high-tech lab. We’re more about the practical side of things. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a while now, and Barwale Chambers is a well-known spot for this kind of work. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been around agriculture for years. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to bring you coffee the moment you walk in. Usually, someone will just look up from their paperwork and ask what you need. It’s a busy atmosphere but quite relaxed in its own way. We stay focused on the seeds and the seasons. Being in the Right Wing gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the rooftops of Himayatnagar.
