We started Ribs Steel Structures because we saw a lot of building going on around Kphb Colony. Our place is at Mig- 34/ F2 Phase 3, which is right by the Malaysian Township Circle. It is a busy area, lots of traffic and people moving about. We aren't a big corporation with a glass building or anything. It’s just a workshop where we handle steel, iron, and heavy structures for houses or factories. Most days, you will find us covered in dust or dealing with the loud noise of cutting metal. It gets hot under the roof, especially in the summer months, but that is the nature of the work. People come to us when they need a gate fixed or a whole warehouse frame put together. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't busy with a welding torch. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Sometimes the supplies arrive late, or the rain slows us down, but we just keep at it. Living and working near the circle means we see everything that happens in the neighborhood. It is a good spot for a business like ours because everyone knows the landmark. We have been here for a while now and most of our customers are just folks from around the area who need something solid built.
