We operate out of Mig-B 31/F2 in Phase-III of the KPHB Colony. We are quite close to the Malaysian Township, which is a big landmark around here. Our work involves a lot of steel structures and planning out metal frameworks. It’s a bit of a mix here because we have the residential blocks nearby but we are still doing industrial-style work. The office is where we do the drawings and the logistics. Sometimes we have steel beams and parts being moved around, which can be a bit tricky in these streets. It is a lively area with plenty of small shops and houses. We’ve been set up in KPHB for a while now. Most people know us by the name on the gate. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites or checking on the fabrication. It isn't a massive corporate building, just a functional space where we get the work done. The team is small and we all know each other. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just build things out of steel and make sure they are solid. The location is good for getting around the city, though the colony roads can get congested. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current projects we have on the boards. There is a small tea stall around the corner where we usually take our breaks during the afternoons. It keeps us going when the sun hits the roof.
