We operate out of B-90 in Journalists Colony, which is over on Road Number 86 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad, a bit quieter than the main roads. Our office is basically an HR setup. We handle stuff like hiring and managing staff for other companies. The building is a regular house that we converted into an office space. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. It’s usually pretty calm, though things pick up when we have a big project going on. Jubilee Hills is a good spot because it’s central for many of our clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in meetings. There isn't anything flashy about the way we work. We just use standard computers and some basic software to keep track of everything. Sometimes the trees outside drop a lot of leaves on the porch, so we have to sweep it often. We get a lot of mail and documents delivered throughout the week. It’s a steady rhythm. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how to work around each other. We don't have a big shiny sign outside, just the house number. People usually find us through referrals. It’s just a group of us working through the daily tasks of human resources. It keeps us busy from morning till evening and we like the routine.
