Reena Kirana General Store

Reena Kirana General Store is a local shop in the Anna Purdah Colony area of Nacharam. You can find us at H.No.5-1-147, where we have been serving the people of this neighborhood for quite some time. It is a straightforward kirana store, meaning we stock the usual things like rice, dal, oils, and cleaning supplies. The colony is mostly residential, so our mornings are usually spent helping parents get things they need before the kids go to school. Nacharam is a part of the city that has grown a lot, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We have a simple counter and some old weighing scales that still work perfectly fine. The shop doesn't have fancy air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that wobbles a little bit when it is on high speed. We keep the floor swept, but with people coming in and out all day, a little bit of dirt is bound to show up. It is a family-run business, and we don't worry too much about looking corporate. We just want to make sure we have enough stock so that when a neighbor comes in for a kilo of sugar, we don't have to turn them away. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair during the quiet hours in the afternoon. It is a honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of the community here in Mallard Nacharam. It's just us and the store.
