Reddy Driving School

The shop is at Plot No. 45 in Kothapet, right near the Ashta Laxmi Temple. This is in the Hyderabad area, though some still call it Andhra Pradesh in the old records. We have been sitting here at this plot for quite some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and narrow lanes. Learning to drive here is a real test because of how people park and walk on the streets. We take the cars out every morning and usually don't get back until late evening. The temple is a good reference point because the bells can be heard throughout the day. Our space isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs and a few diagrams on the wall to show how engines work. We spend most of our energy out on the road anyway. Sometimes the cars need a bit of work because of the constant stop-and-go in the Hyderabad heat. We handle the maintenance ourselves when we can. It’s a practical business. People come to us from all over the local area because they want to know how to handle these busy roads without getting into trouble. We don't use any big words or complicated methods. Just sit in the car, adjust your mirrors, and start moving slowly. That is how we do things day in and day out here in Kothapet. It's just a regular driving school.
