We are located in the New Saidabad Colony in Hyderabad, specifically at 29/C. Recruiterz Inc is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just a small group of people working out of this spot to help folks find jobs. Saidabad is a decent residential area, so it’s usually quiet enough for us to focus on our phone calls and emails. We have a lot of resumes coming in every day and it takes a lot of time to sort through them all. Sometimes we find exactly what a company is looking for, and other times it’s a struggle to find the right person for a tricky role. We don't have a fancy office building, just this place in the colony where we keep our files and computers. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, which is a plus in a city like Hyderabad. We spend our mornings checking the job boards and our afternoons trying to set up interviews. It's the kind of work that requires a lot of patience because people don't always show up when they say they will. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy when things get busy. It is just a regular local business trying to do its part in the hiring world without any big corporate attitude.
