If you know Mehdipatnam, you know how hectic it can get with all the people and the buses. Our spot is in Srinivasa Residency over in Nanal Nagar. It’s a bit tucked away from the main noise, which is lucky for us because the traffic out there can be a real nightmare during the rush hour. Recruiterz Inc is basically just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there. We just show up in the morning, make some coffee, and get to work. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Hyderabad. It’s got that lived-in feel, not like those new glass towers you see in the tech parks. We have some plants by the window that we try to remember to water, though we forget sometimes. The people working here are just regular folks from around the area. We talk about the local news or where to get the best lunch nearby while we’re on our breaks. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our jobs and try to stay productive. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but we just wait it out and keep going. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of the neighborhood here in Nanal Nagar. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard knows us all by name.
