Ravi Steel Traders

Ravi Steel Traders is situated at House No.7-2-615, in what everyone around here calls the Old Labour Adda. It’s a place where people used to gather for work, and it still feels that way today. We have a lot of steel sitting around the yard, from thin wires to big heavy beams. The sun beats down on the metal, and it gets hot to the touch by noon. We spend our time measuring lengths and cutting pieces for whoever drops by. It is a busy spot with plenty of history in the stones of the building. You can see the wear and tear on the gates from years of trucks pulling in and out. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the steel and the tools we use to move it. Most of our days are spent talking to the laborers and the small-time builders who need supplies for their daily jobs. It’s a community of sorts here at the Adda. We keep things simple and just focus on the inventory we have on hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to do things by hand, but that is just part of the routine. We like being in this old part of town where things feel a bit more grounded. It’s a lot of physical work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the neighborhood.
