Our base is out at Villa 70 in the Gardenia Groove Villas, part of Ramky Discovery City on Lemoor Road. It’s a bit further out from the main city center of Hyderabad, which means it is a lot quieter here. We like the space because it gives us room to think and work without all the noise of heavy traffic. The villa is quite nice, but inside it’s all business. We’ve set up desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for our breaks. It doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office building. We have a small team, and we all know each other's families and stories. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes we have meetings in the garden if the weather is nice enough. It’s a different way of working than what you see in the big tech parks. We don't have a dress code or strict rules about when you have to be at your desk. As long as the work for the foundation gets done, we are happy. The commute out to Lemoor Road can be a bit long for some, but once you’re here, it’s peaceful. We aren't trying to be the biggest organization out there. We just want to do honest work from a place that feels comfortable. It works for us, and that’s what matters.
