If you go behind the Kabra Complex in Ranigunj, you will find us at S. No. 4- 5- 16/ 1. We are right in the middle of Pan Bazar, which is a very crowded and busy part of the city. Jai Maa Sati Steels has been here for a good while now. The streets are always filled with heavy trucks and people carrying things back and forth. It is quite loud and dusty most of the time, but that is just how Ranigunj is. Our shop is full of steel products, and there isn't much room to move around once the stock comes in. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we spend our long hours. The ground is often covered in metal bits, so you have to be careful where you step. We know the other business owners in Pan Bazar, and we often help each other out when things get busy. Some days the heat inside the shop is quite intense, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade. We don't do any big advertising or promotional events. People just know where we are and come to us when they need steel. It is a tough job, but it is what we do every day to make a living. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready.
