E-266 - Meenaxy Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located at Sy.No.30 in Suraram Village. This is part of the Qutbullapur Mandal in the Ranga Reddy District of Hyderabad. Suraram has changed a lot over the years, becoming much more crowded as the city expanded. Our building is tucked away in a spot where we can focus on the pharma production. It is a very busy place, with people moving around in hairnets and protective gear. We have several rooms dedicated to different stages of the manufacturing process. The sounds of the packaging machines are constant throughout the day. We have a small office at the front where we keep track of all the logs and schedules. Hyderabad traffic can be a mess, so getting the deliveries in and out on time is always a bit of a challenge. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the work done. The staff is used to the strict rules about cleanliness and safety, as that is just part of working in pharma. We don't have any fancy brochures or big signs; we just have the name on the gate and the work happening inside. During the lunch break, most of us sit outside if the weather isn't too hot. It’s a practical place where the focus is always on the machines and the medicine we are helping to make. We just follow the orders and keep the facility running according to the daily plan.
