Ram Steel Palace

Over here in Miyapur, we run the steel shop, and it’s mostly just a lot of heavy lifting and moving metal around. The place isn't anything special to look at, just a big space filled with all kinds of steel products. Ram Steel Palace doesn't have a fancy showroom with bright lights or air conditioning. Most of the time, the floor is covered in a bit of dust and the walls are just plain concrete. It’s a practical business for people who need things for their homes or businesses. If someone needs a large container or a set of plates, they know they can come here and find it in the stacks. We spend our days unloading trucks and then loading the same stuff back onto smaller carts for local deliveries. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the metal, and the noise of the items clanking together is something you just get used to. It’s a bit hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the metal roofing, so the fan is always going. We don't have a website or any of that, just the shop name on the front of the building. People in the Miyapur area know where we are and what we have. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we have enough stock for whoever might walk in. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down and we lock up the heavy gates.
