Ram Hospital

Ram Hospital is located in Shapur Nagr within the IDA Jeedimetla area. Since it is an industrial zone, the whole place is surrounded by factories and warehouses. It is a bit of a busy and gritty area, with a lot of trucks moving through the streets and the sound of machines in the distance. The hospital building itself is a solid, two-story structure that fits in with the industrial look of Jeedimetla. We don't have any fancy gardens or decorations. Inside, the floors are made of hard stone and we have rows of metal benches for people to sit on. It can get pretty loud during the day because of the industrial work nearby, but we have gotten used to it. Most of our visitors are the workers from the IDA factories or people living in Shapur Nagr. We handle a lot of regular medical stuff and the office is usually piled high with files. We still do most of our record-keeping by hand in large ledger books. There is a small tea stall right outside the hospital gate where we often go to get a drink and talk with the neighbors. It is a functional, no-nonsense place that serves the local community. We aren't here to be fancy; we are just here to provide a service for the people who work in Jeedimetla. We open early every morning and stay until the last patient is seen, just like any other local business in the area.
