We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it brings in the noise of the city. We aren't a massive company with a huge budget for office decor. We just use what we have. It’s a functional space for us. We spend our days on the computer or on calls. Sometimes we lose track of time because we’re busy with the day-to-day tasks. We try to keep things simple and honest.
