We are based out of the Ida Tie section of the Balanagar Industrial Area. If you know Balanagar, you know it’s a place where things actually get made. Our facility is focused on the chemical and pharmaceutical side of things. It’s a serious environment because you have to be careful with everything you handle. The air around here always smells a bit like industrial work and metal, which is normal for this part of town. We spend a lot of time in lab coats, looking at batches and making sure the mixtures are exactly what they are supposed to be. It’s not the kind of place where we have a lot of walk-in visitors, as it's mostly about production and shipping out to other companies. The floors are kept clean, and there’s a lot of stainless steel equipment everywhere that requires constant maintenance. We have a small team of people who have been doing this for years and know the routines by heart. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the products we send out are right every time. Dealing with the heat in Balanagar can be tough, especially when the machinery is running, but we have our daily routines. It’s a lot of repetition, honestly. Checking temperatures, verifying weights, and keeping the logs updated manually. We just show up, do the work in the industrial estate, and head home. It’s a steady life here in the middle of all these factories.
