Project Trainer

My training work happens at Door Number 8-4-181 in Nehru Colony, which is located in Uravakonda in the Anantapur district. It is a very specific part of Andhra Pradesh where the climate is quite dry and the pace of life is much slower than the big cities. I work as a project trainer here, helping people understand different technical subjects and skills. The office is basically a room in the colony where we have set up some tables and chairs for the sessions. It is not a professional training center with air conditioning and fancy furniture. It is just a local spot where people from the area come to learn something new. Nehru Colony is a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet during the day which is good for teaching. I spend a lot of my time preparing materials and then going through them with the students or workers who show up. It is an honest living and feels good to be helping out in a place like Uravakonda. We don't have any big marketing budgets or elaborate systems. It is just me and the people who want to learn. Sometimes the heat makes it hard to focus, but we just drink some water and keep going. The locals are friendly and they appreciate having someone nearby who can teach these things. It's a modest setup but it serves the community well.
