Our place is located in Riyast Nagar at 18-8-143/1. We’ve been operating Proclassindia from this Hyderabad address for a long time. It’s not a huge facility, just a regular building where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. We focus on the technical side of things, mostly dealing with internet and computer-related tasks. The area around us is always full of activity, which is just part of living and working in this city. We don't have a lot of rules or a strict corporate culture. We just come in and get to work on whatever is on the schedule for that day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we finish early. It’s a flexible way of doing things that seems to work for us. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just does it. We’ve had some ups and downs over the years, but we’ve managed to stay at this same location throughout it all. It feels like home to us now. We don't bother with fancy marketing speak or trying to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team in Riyast Nagar doing technical work for the people who need it. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that.
