You can find Priyadarshini Management Studies over in Kukatpally, specifically at H.No: 3-1-16 in Bag-A-Ameer. It is actually part of the P. Naga Bushana Rao property. The location is right in the thick of a residential area, so it has a very different feel than the commercial districts in Hyderabad. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few rooms set up for our administrative work and some space for books and records. It is a quiet place most of the time, though you can hear the kids playing in the street outside in the evenings. We have been at this address for a while now, and the locals all know where we are. It is not a big institution with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us handling the day-to-day operations. The building is an older style, typical for this part of Kukatpally. We do not have fancy air conditioning in every room, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but we manage with the ceiling fans. Most of our work involves keeping track of documents and helping people who stop by with questions. It is a very low-key environment. There are not any big logos on the walls or bright lights. It is just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace for our management studies focus.
