PRINT GRAPH TECHNOLOGY

Our shop is located at 13-3-506, taking up several units like 38, 39, and 9. It’s a bit of a sprawling space once you get inside. We handle a lot of the technical side of printing and graphics. If you walk in, you’ll see rows of monitors and then the big machines in the back. There’s a constant hum of cooling fans because the equipment gets pretty hot. The walls are covered in old posters and test prints we’ve done over the years. We aren’t the type to have a polished lobby with fancy chairs. We usually just have a few plastic stools near the counter. The floors are a bit stained with different colored inks, mostly cyan and magenta. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, trying to get the alignment just right. It’s a lot of detail work that makes your eyes tired by the end of the shift. We aren’t really salespeople. We’re more like technicians who happened to start a business. We talk shop all day, mostly about paper weights and ink viscosity. When someone brings in a job, we just look at the files and tell them if it’s going to work or not. We don’t sugarcoat things. It’s a busy place, and there’s usually a stack of boxes blocking the hallway. We just move them when we need to get through. It’s just how we work here and it seems to suit us just fine. Every day is a bit different but the noise stays the same.
