We've been at this spot in Balkampet for quite a while now. If you know the Yellamma Temple, we are right near there at H. No -7-1-282/C/1/22. It’s a busy area, especially on Tuesdays and Sundays when the crowds come for the temple. We mostly handle mobile phones and all the stuff that goes with them. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions since we're so close to the landmark. The shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We deal with recharges, screen guards, and fixing small issues that pop up with older handsets. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or helping someone figure out why their phone isn't charging. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and the bells, but we’re used to it. We started out just doing basic stuff and now we do a bit more. It's just a regular local business. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything. Just a counter and some shelves. We try to get things done when people drop by. If it’s a big repair, we tell them it will take a day or two. There’s no point in rushing and doing a bad job. My brother helps out sometimes when it gets too packed. We stay open until late evening. It’s how it’s been for years. People know us here.
