Pragathi Motor Driving School

Pragathi Motor Driving School is located in Pragathi Nagar, right in the Kukatpally Housing Board area of Hyderabad. We are just opposite the Andhra Bank, so we are pretty easy to spot. We spend our days out in the traffic, teaching people how to handle a car without panicking. It’s a lot of stop-and-go work, especially in this part of town. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the records and meet new students. We focus on the actual driving. It’s just better to get out there and practice on the real roads. We show people how to navigate the busy intersections and how to park without hitting the curb. It takes time, and some people take longer than others, which is totally fine by us. We’ve seen it all, from people who are natural drivers to those who are terrified of the gear stick. We just take it one lesson at a time. It’s a small team of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people in Kukatpally know how to drive safely before they get their license. It’s a practical service for the neighborhood and we try to keep the atmosphere calm inside the car. Learning to drive is a big step, and we treat it that way.
