Polymer Industries India Ltd is located over at 160 C/D in the Cherlapally Ida Phase-II area, right near the Hcl Post Office. Being out in an industrial development area like this means it’s always busy with trucks and heavy machinery. We work with all sorts of polymers and plastic materials. The building itself is pretty basic, mostly just a large space for our processing units and storage. It gets a bit dusty and the smell of raw materials is quite strong, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have a solid crew of workers who know how to handle the molding machines and the extruders. We start early to avoid the worst of the heat, though it still gets warm on the production floor. There isn’t much in the way of a fancy office here. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the machines are running smoothly. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the clock to meet our targets. Cherlapally is a long way from the city center, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them out the door on time. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep the production line moving.
