Pluck Foundation

You can find us over at Tirupati Campus in Phase 3. The official address is FNO-A1-402, and it’s got all those specific numbers like S NO36/1/1A/11B, but we just tell people it’s on Road No 2 in Adarsh Colony. It’s a nice enough place to work. The colony has a lot of families and local shops, so there is a real community feel to it. Our office at Pluck Foundation is pretty basic inside. We’ve got white walls, some metal shelves we put together ourselves, and a few computers that have seen better days. We didn't spend a lot on making it look fancy because we’d rather just focus on the work. Sometimes the building elevator is out of service, so we get our exercise climbing up to the fourth floor. It’s just how it is. We’re a small group, and we don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. Usually, we’re just sitting around the main table talking about what needs to happen next. There’s usually a lot of scrap paper and coffee mugs lying around. We don’t do any big promotions or try to sound more important than we are. We are just regular people in a regular office, trying to keep things moving forward. It’s a straightforward way of working, and we like being part of the neighborhood here where people actually know your name when you walk past the door.
