Placid Lifespaces India

Placid Lifespaces India is our small firm working out of Mehdipatnam. Our office is in Megacity, at No. 328 Vijaya Krishna Nivas, right in the Vivekananda Colony area. We spend our time looking at land, checking blueprints, and talking to people about where they want to live. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and different project sites. The neighborhood here in Mehdipatnam is always busy, so there is always someone coming by to ask about property prices or new buildings. We aren't a giant developer with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who understand the local real estate scene. We have folders full of papers and maps all over the tables. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we are just waiting for approvals to come through. It is a slow process sometimes, dealing with all the regulations and paperwork. We try to keep things clear so people know what they are getting into. We have been in this spot for a while, and we know the colony quite well. It is a local business, and we just want to help people find a decent place to stay without all the usual stress that comes with buying property. We have seen this area change a lot over the years and we just keep doing our part in it. It is steady work and we enjoy meeting new neighbors.
