We are over at the ground floor of Kavya Apartments in Madhurangar. It’s a bit of a different setup for a company like Bevcon Wayors Pvt. Ltd., being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need right now. We deal with bulk material handling systems and conveyors. Most of our work is about figuring out how to move heavy stuff from one point to another without it getting stuck or breaking along the way. We spend a lot of time on computers looking at drawings and then out at sites making sure things are actually moving. It’s a lot of logistics and technical details. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We have a small office staff here. It’s not a huge corporate space with glass walls, just a practical place to get our work sorted. Madhurangar is a busy area so getting in and out can be a hassle during peak hours. We try to schedule our site visits around the traffic as much as possible. Most people who work here have been in the industry for a long time. We know how conveyors behave in real-world conditions, which is usually different from how they look on paper. We just focus on getting the systems right so they don't cause headaches for the people using them later on. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting so the people we work for don't have to.
