If you go down to Warasiguda in Hyderabad, specifically near the Lala Bridge, you’ll find us. We are at D No 11-3-44/4, which is in the Mohd Gura area. It’s a bit of an industrial part of town, very busy with trucks and people moving things around. We deal in raw products for the pharma industry, so our place is often filled with big bags and drums of materials. It isn't a clean, white-coat kind of office. It’s a warehouse and a shop where things get loaded and unloaded all day long. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals or dust from the road. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the labels are right. Lala Bridge is a major landmark, so it helps people find us, even though the narrow lanes of Warasiguda can be a bit confusing for someone who isn't from around here. We’ve been in this spot for years and know all the other dealers nearby. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially with the Hyderabad heat and the traffic, but we just get on with it. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just open up in the morning, handle the orders that come in, and try to get everything shipped out before the sun goes down. It’s plain and simple work, and that’s how we like it.
