Peaceful Welfare Foundation is tucked away in Babbuguda. The address is a bit long, it’s 13-1-5/6/30/2/1. We’re in the Rangareddi area of Hyderabad with the 500018 pin code. It’s a typical neighborhood office. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, open the door, and start working on whatever needs attention that day. Babbuguda is a place where people know each other, so we try to fit in with that vibe. Our office doesn't have any big glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to sit and work. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls, like any other small foundation. Sometimes the street gets a little noisy with kids playing or cars passing by, but we don't mind. It feels like a real part of the community. We don't use any big words or try to impress anyone. We just talk like normal people do. There’s always someone stopping by to ask a question or just to say hello. We keep some extra chairs for when that happens. It’s not a high-pressure environment.
