Our office is up on the 10th floor of the Vaishnavi Cynosure building. It’s in the Telecom Nagar Extension area of Gachibowli. Being high up gives us a decent view of the traffic below, which is usually stuck. Gachibowli is a fast place, full of tech companies and tall buildings, and we are just one of them. Payswiff Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door. It’s a modern office, but we try to keep it from feeling too stiff. We have our desks and some meeting rooms, but mostly it’s just people on laptops working on payment stuff. The elevator wait in the morning is probably the most annoying part of the day. Once we get to the 10th floor, things settle down. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about how to make transactions smoother. It’s not as physical as some other jobs, but it keeps our brains busy. We have a small kitchen area where we hang out and talk about things that aren't work-related. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to solve problems with software and numbers. The neighborhood is changing fast, with new buildings going up every month. We’ve been here long enough to see the skyline grow. It’s a practical spot for a tech business like ours. We just try to keep things running properly.
