Pavan Kiranam

Our shop, Pavan Kiranam, sits right at Plot No-1 in Sriram Nagar, which is part of the Yousufguda area in Hyderabad. It’s a corner spot, so it’s easy to find if you’re walking around the neighborhood. We sell the usual groceries that every household needs. There’s no big mystery to what we do. We buy stuff from the wholesalers and put it on the shelves for the local folks. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with sacks of grain on the floor, but we try to tidy up when we can. It’s a family-run kind of place, so you might see different people behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don't have a website or any of that modern stuff. People just come in, ask for what they want, and we weigh it out for them. It’s how it’s been done for years. Yousufguda is a busy part of town, and there are plenty of other shops, but we have our regulars who have been coming to us for a long time. We try to keep the prices fair so people keep coming back. It's not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy from early morning until late at night. We just want to make sure the people in Sriram Nagar can get their rice and oil without any trouble.
