Patil Steel Wires

Our office is over in the Amarchand Sharma Complex on S.P. Road, units 205 and 206 specifically. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We mostly deal with steel wires. It’s a lot of inventory management and talking to people who need specific types of wire for their projects. The desks are usually piled with notes and order forms. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic outside on S.P. Road, but we’re used to it. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just honest work. We spend our time checking stock levels and making sure the shipments are going where they need to go. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the steel wire people ask for. Some days are slower than others, and on those days we might actually have time to tidy up the files. Most of the time though, it’s just the usual routine of phone calls and paperwork. It’s a practical setup in a central part of town. We like being near the other shops. It feels like a real community in this building. The tea vendor comes around every afternoon, and that’s usually the highlight of the workday for us.
