Pathlavath Mallesh

I have been working out of this spot at D. No 10-3-162/530D in Dr Ambedkar Nagar for a long time now. Being in East Maredpally, you get used to the noise and the constant movement of people in Secunderabad. My day usually starts with checking my tools and seeing what needs to be fixed or built. It is a small place, mostly filled with the things I need for work and a few chairs for when friends or neighbors drop by to ask for a hand with something. I don't really have a big staff or a fancy storefront with bright lights. Most of the people who find me do so because they live nearby or someone told them I was here. The neighborhood is tight-knit and word travels fast. I spend a lot of my time on the move, going from one house to another with my bag over my shoulder. Some days are long, especially when a job takes more time than I thought it would, but that is just how it goes. I like the independence of working for myself right here where I grew up. You see the same faces every morning at the tea stall before getting to work. It is a simple life centered around the streets of Maredpally and the work that needs doing with my own two hands.
